What's the difference between Gen1 and later 09G versions?
The main differences in Gen1 09G (approx. 2003-2013) are that early models before July 2004 had two hydraulic pressure sensors G193/G194 which were later removed, the main pressure regulator design differed slightly making early wear issues more common, and later valve bodies optimized solenoid control logic. However assemblies are fully interchangeable so later improved versions directly replace Gen1 products.
