How to solve the problem of gear shifting judder after installation?
Most likely caused by insufficient oiling of friction plates or improper gap adjustment during assembly. First check that all friction and steel plates are coated with transmission fluid per OEM specifications, then recalibrate the clutch gap to the standard 0.2-0.5mm range. Meanwhile, inspect for misaligned seals causing abnormal oil pressure and ensure unobstructed oil circuits. Test gear shifting after restart; the jolting issue is usually resolved. Drain old fluid and refill with the suitable type before operation.
